Returns & Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at admin@nuabikes.com.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including standard shipping, within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions: Custom or personalized items (e.g., handlebar cut to a custom length) cannot be returned unless faulty.
