1. How do I order a custom titanium bike from Nua Bikes?
Ordering a Nua bike is easy. Each model page includes our online Bike Builder, where you can configure your custom titanium bicycle. Select your model, components, frame size or custom geometry, submit your details, and you’ll receive a PDF of your build. We will then contact you to finalise your custom bike order.
2. Why aren’t Nua Bikes and frames listed in the Nua online shop?
Our online shop is reserved for components and accessories we keep in stock. Since every Nua bike and titanium frame is custom-built, they must be ordered through the Bike Builder, which guides you through all geometry and component options.
3. What is the delivery time for a custom Nua bike or titanium frame?
The typical lead time for a handmade titanium bike or frame is around 18 weeks from the moment we confirm your order.
4. What are the payment terms for a custom Nua bike or frame?
To begin building your custom bicycle, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is paid when your bike or frame is complete.
5. Can I order a custom geometry titanium frame?
Yes. All Nua models can be ordered in standard sizes or with full custom geometry.
6. Can I test-ride a Nua bike?
You can visit our workshop in Montseny, Barcelona and test-ride one of our demo bikes. For demo appointments, write to sales@nuabikes.com.
7. What warranty is included with a Nua titanium bike?
Lifetime warranty on all Nua titanium frames for the original owner. Component warranties are
provided by manufacturers (typically 2 years). Normal wear, accidents, and unauthorized
modifications are not covered.
8. What is included in the price of a Nua custom bike?
All pricing and component options are listed in the Bike Builder. Prices are in Euros. For deliveries within the EU, local VAT will apply. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes will apply and must be paid by the buyer.
9. What should I do if my bike arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your bike immediately. Any shipping damage or discrepancies must be reported within 5 days.
10. Does Nua Bikes ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship custom titanium bicycles and frames worldwide.
11. Are Nua Bikes shipped pre-assembled?
Yes, bikes are fully assembled and tuned before packing. Some parts are removed for safe
transport, requiring minor assembly.

12. How does the Pinion Smart.Shift gearbox work on a Nua bike?
Smart.Shift is controlled via the Pinion app. It can auto-shift when the bike stops or when you coast. We preset but deactivate auto-shifting before shipping; you may activate it later via the app
