The Nua Luna Pinion Smart.Shift is a versatile titanium flat-bar bike built for commuting and touring, combining Nua’s handcrafted Grade 9 titanium frame with the precision and convenience of Pinion’s electronic Smart.Shift gearbox system. Designed as a modern do-everything platform, it delivers smooth, consistent shifting and a clean, low-maintenance drivetrain suited to both daily riding and extended mixed-terrain journeys.
The frame provides the smooth, resilient ride quality titanium is known for while maintaining responsiveness under load. Practical features include mounts for racks, mudguards, and bottles, internal cable routing, and sliding dropouts for accurate belt tension and adaptable setups. Built with real-world functionality in mind, the Luna moves effortlessly from everyday commuting to weekend adventures and longer tours.
The Pinion Smart.Shift system delivers fast, precise electronic gear changes with minimal effort, maintaining consistent performance in all conditions. Combined with a Gates Carbon Belt Drive, it offers a quiet, clean, and durable drivetrain engineered for reliability and long service intervals. The frame supports both 650B wheels up to 57 mm for comfort and off-road confidence, or 700C wheels up to 44 mm for efficient urban and touring on paved roads use.
The front end can be configured with either the Nua Carbon Adventure fork for lightweight performance or the Nua Titanium Type A fork for a cohesive titanium build. Stable geometry and a tapered headtube provide confident handling whether commuting, carrying loads, or covering long mixed-surface distances.
