The frame is constructed from Grade 9 titanium, delivering the signature Kensho ride feel: smooth, resilient, and responsive. Titanium’s natural vibration damping reduces road fatigue, while the dropped seatstays enhance comfort by filtering surface imperfections without dulling the bike’s lively character. It’s a frame built for daily use, all-season riding, and decades of performance.
At the core of this model is the Pinion Smart.Shift gearbox system. By combining a sealed, centrally mounted gearbox with electronic actuation, Smart.Shift delivers fast, consistent, and effortless gear changes at the press of a button. Shifting is precise in all conditions, including under load or at a standstill, and the system maintains the same exceptional durability and low maintenance that define Pinion gearboxes—now enhanced with intuitive electronic control.
The front end features the Nua Commuter carbon fork with a tapered 1.5″ steerer, providing sharp steering accuracy, confident braking, and stability in demanding urban scenarios. The Campagnolo Zonda GT wheelset and Panaracer GravelKing 40mm tires make the Kensho the most versatile urban racer, fast on the paved roads in the city, yet fully capable of weekend adventures out of town on the gravel roads.
Sliding thru-axle dropouts deliver perfectly dialed Gates Carbon Belt Drive tension and make rear wheel removal quick and seamless, without ever needing to re-tension the belt. One of the standout advantages of a sliding dropout system.
Nua Commuter carbon fork with 1.5" tapered steerer is lightweight yet rigid, providing a perfect match to the versatile nature of Kensho.
Smart Shift battery and cables seamlessly integrated inside the downtube. The charging port is conveniently placed on the handlebar for easy access.
Anodized Nua downtube logo delivers a clean, permanent visual signature — integrated directly into the titanium finish for lasting durability. Subtle, refined, and unmistakably Nua.
