NUA KENSHO PINION

Pure titanium minimalism, built for speed and style.

The Nua Kensho Pinion redefines the modern titanium commuter by pairing refined ride quality with the unmatched durability and precision of a Pinion gearbox drivetrain. Designed for riders who want year-round reliability, low maintenance, and seamless performance in urban environments, Kensho Pinion delivers efficiency and comfort without compromise.

At its foundation, the frame is crafted from Grade 9 titanium, valued for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and natural vibration damping. The result is a bike that feels smooth and composed over broken pavement while remaining responsive and engaging under power. Dropped seatstays further enhance comfort, subtly absorbing road chatter and reducing fatigue during longer daily rides.

The heart of this build is the Pinion gearbox system, centrally mounted for optimal weight distribution and protected from the elements. By enclosing the gearing inside the frame, the drivetrain is isolated from dirt, water, and impacts, dramatically increasing longevity and reducing maintenance compared to traditional derailleur systems. Shifting remains precise and consistent in all conditions, whether riding in traffic, climbing steep streets, or accelerating away from lights.

Up front, the Kensho Pinion is equipped with the Nua Commuter carbon fork. Featuring a tapered 1.5″ steerer, it delivers confident steering precision, excellent braking stability, and a solid front-end feel when navigating busy urban streets. The carbon construction keeps weight in check while filtering high-frequency vibrations from the road.

Completing the build is the Campagnolo Zonda GT wheelset, selected for its durability, efficiency, and confident handling on rough city streets and mixed surfaces. The wheels provide quick acceleration, reliable tracking, and a refined ride character that complements the titanium frame.

Available as a frameset or complete bicycle, the Nua Kensho Pinion is built to order for riders who want a clean, robust, and future-proof commuter. Engineered for daily use and designed to last a lifetime.
