The Nua Silice Pinion Smart.Shift is a versatile titanium gravel bike designed for riders who want modern drivetrain technology combined with a durable, adventure-ready platform beyond race-focused gravel machines. Built around Nua’s handcrafted Grade 9 titanium frame and the precision of the Pinion Smart.Shift electronic gearbox system, it offers smooth performance, consistent shifting, and practical versatility for a wide range of gravel riding styles.
The frame delivers the smooth, resilient ride quality titanium is known for while remaining stable and predictable across varied terrain. Designed for everyday gravel riding rather than pure racing, the Silice includes mounts for mudguards, racks, and multiple bottle positions, along with compatibility for optional integrated lighting systems. Internal routing and sliding dropouts ensure a clean aesthetic and accurate belt tension, supporting dependable performance in all weather conditions.
The Pinion Smart.Shift system provides fast, precise electronic gear changes with minimal effort and consistent performance regardless of riding conditions. Combined with a Gates Carbon Belt Drive, it offers a quiet, low-maintenance, and highly durable drivetrain solution suited to long-distance gravel riding and demanding mixed-surface use. Tyre clearance supports up to 700×50 mm tyres (45 mm with mudguards), enabling riders to tailor the bike for comfort, traction, or efficient rolling depending on terrain and personal preference.
The front end can be configured with either the Nua Carbon Adventure fork for lightweight performance or the Nua Titanium Type A fork for a cohesive titanium build. Balanced stock geometry focuses on stability and long-distance comfort while maintaining responsive handling across gravel routes, rough tracks, and extended daily adventures. Just like all our models, the Silice can be ordered in a fully customized geometry for riders seeking a tuned, precise fit.

Generous tire clearance allows up to 700×50 mm tires without mudguards and 700×45 mm with mudguards, giving riders the flexibility to optimize traction, comfort, or rolling efficiency on gravel, mixed terrain, and long-distance adventure rides.

Sliding thru-axle dropouts deliver perfectly dialed Gates Carbon Belt Drive tension and make rear wheel removal quick and seamless, without ever needing to re-tension the belt. One of the standout advantages of a sliding dropout system.
