As you know, we deal directly with the final customer (B2C) in most of our sales. This has some advantages for the customer, who can speak directly with the people who will build his bike, for example.
But if going through all the configuring and fitting process by mail is too much for you, or you think you won't be able to unbox and build-up your bike, you can always use your local bike shop as an intermediary They will take care of all for you, and you will get your bike ready to be ridden.
Such is the case of Stefan, from Germany, who commissioned the entire process to his well-known store, "Zweiradhaus Mayer".
Since receiving his bike, Stefan has shared many experiences on Instagram with his Sílice Pinion and we are very happy to know, with each post, that his Nua has met his expectations. A few days ago he kindly took the time to give us a few words to talk about his bike and take a few photos to contribute.
“Hello. My name is Stefan. I am 51 years old. I have owned a Nua Silice Pinion gravel bike since the end of August 2023. I chose this bike because it has a titanium frame and is therefore slightly lighter than its steel predecessor. To date I have already covered around 2100 kilometers. I would like to say that Sílice is NO racy Spanish racer. That's why I love this bike. What you get is a reliable, robust and comfortable workhorse. What I really appreciate is the low maintenance due to the belt drive. Since I enjoy cycling at any time of the day or night, the lighting system is essential for being safe on the road. On my tours, I really appreciate that I don't have to stop at any gravel path or easy trail. I'm looking forward to summer and all the other comfortable tours on my Nua Silice”
