Today we're showing you 2 bikes as examples of touring style. Both of them fully equipped, but with some building differences.
On one hand we have Luis Fernando´s bike with standard front and rear Tubus racks, and a pair of 27,5” wide tires, which are the ones normally used by this type of bicycle. This one has 2 side kickstands, one in each rack.
On the other hand, we have Patrice's bike. He asked us to design a frame based on 26” wide tires, which may not be fashionable but you can get them anywhere in the world, they are "The reliable old ones". For this bike we decided to build some custom racks adapted to the very special bags he already had, which also allowed us to integrate the front light, something that in Luis's Tubus racks we couldn't have done. This one had a kickstand too, but there is only a central one, behind the Pinion Gearbox and also had a usb charger, something that Luis´s bike didn't have either.
There are some other differences that you´ll surely have been able to see in the photos, because as you know, all our bikes are built according to the wishes and needs of our customers. Both frames are tailor made, so they fit perfectly the owner´s body, and even the riding style they were looking for.
