At NUA Bikes, we want to make sure our riders around the world can enjoy their dream titanium bike with total peace of mind. Recently, the new U.S. - EU trade deal increased import duties on European bikes going to the U.S. from 11% to 15%.

That’s a small 4% increase - but we’ve decided you shouldn’t have to worry about it at all.

Our Commitment to You

To keep your costs unchanged, we’re now offering a 4% discount on all NUA orders shipped to the U.S..

That way, even though the import duty has gone up, your final price as a U.S. customer stays exactly the same as before.

How It Works

You order your custom NUA bike as usual by submitting your bike builder on our website.
Once we receive your builder, we apply a 4% discount for all orders with a U.S. delivery address.
Your bike ships via FedEx, who handles all customs clearance for you.
You pay the 15% import duty directly to FedEx before delivery.
State sales/use tax is separate — it isn’t collected by FedEx. Depending on your state’s rules, you may need to declare and pay it when filing your annual tax return.

Example on a $6,500 Bike

Import duty before the deal (11%): $715
Import duty now (15%): $975
Difference: $260 more
Our solution: 4% discount on your order = $260 off
Your final cost: unchanged!

Why We’re Doing This

At NUA, our mission has always been to build high-end custom titanium bicycles at an affordable cost. We keep our pricing fair, with only a modest profit margin — which is why we normally don’t offer discounts.

But with the recent duty increase, we want to make sure our U.S. riders don’t feel any extra burden. That’s why we’re covering the difference with a special 4% discount on all U.S. orders.
