SPORTY AND CLASSIC, A GOOD KENSHO'S VERSION.

Updated: Mar 15, 2022

This is Viktor’s Nua, the first bike we shipped to Ukraine. He has chosen the most racer Nua (Kensho) and has given it a classic touch that we like very much.

These wheels (Dt Swiss E 1800 32 SP 700C Black) give the bike that cool sporty touch, and the Berthoud bags and our custom racks the classic style.

We build the front rack according to the small Berthoud bag, but it has a special support, to tie the big one in the proper way and not just hanging it to the handlebar bothering with the brake cables, so it can carry both bags (not together).

The rear rack is custom made too, but designed by the customer.

We always use the best components:

Nua Ti-Handlebar Hand brushed; Thomson X4 (Black) Stem

Brooks Ergon GP1 (Honey) Grips

Shimano hydraulic disc XT M-8000 RT66 160 mm rotors Brakes

Pinion Gearbox C-1.12

Berthoud Galibier leather with titanium rails (Natural light brown) saddle.

And the last, but quite important, a photo sent by Viktor, already on his adventures with his Nua:

“...Riding such a bike turned out to be even more comfortable than I expected. Gear shifting is crisp and smooth, both brakes work excellently, handling and roll are also excellent...

A few more words...racks rarely look good on a bike. It is rather a necessity. You managed to make them quite aesthetic and at the same time functional. And the front one does not spoil the appearance at all...

So far I have ridden it for about 500 kilometers, including two rides with overnight gear. During this period, I changed the saddle to Brooks (I am not very comfortable on Berthoud saddle), I just punctured the wheel once…”

We hope you liked this Nua as much as we did building it. Until next time!
